"a Psalm" is a ministry the believes in distributing the word of the Lord through music.  We are grounded by the word of the Lord and live to honor and serve him.  

The vision was given to Leon Harrison to start a musician band in the Shenango Valley full of young men on fire for God.  Through that time he attended school at Edinboro Univeristy where he met Daniel Bryant and Brian Woods.  There he started composing music with them, and also ministering the music at different events.  With that he combined both ideas into one, and that's where A psalm was birth.  The groups includes friends from home and peers from college.  The name a Psalm was given to Leon, because it means a sacred song or poem used in worship and that's what a Psalm is continuing to do.  Sing songs that pertain to our walk in life, That are also sacred messages that helps us get one with Christ.  We will sing the songs God sends down from heaven, and we will left our voices according to him.I would like to think that our music is poetic, and will reach the young and old generations.  So I introduce to all......."a Psalm"
