THE VISION




New Season Records is a musical ministry that was birthed out of the vision given to Richard Gordon. Richard remembered the vision of a friend, Devonne Goode. Devonne told him that he believed that the Lord would bring together some of the people who had worked with him in ministry while in college.
One day Rich called his friend Brian Woods who lives in Akron, Ohio. Brian was working on music at home and was in the process of producing a demo cd. Brian called his work New Season Productions. Richard liked the name and began to contemplate. The Lord had put many desires in his heart and he began to see the vision. New Season Records! An opportunity for him to use the gifts that God had given him and to help others do the same. He believed that most people sit around waiting for things to happen, but God had given him the ability and the vision to make things happen. This is a unique opportunity with a unique benefit. One of his best friend, Brian Woods, shared a similar vision.
The timing is amazing. 2004 has been a new season in the body of Christ: A season for ministry to go forth. This is an opportunity to work hand and hand for two friends and brothers in Christ in ministry. This is only the beginning. We believe that this ministry will expand beyond music and will be a powerful force in many communities. We are trusting in the Lord to lead us to his destiny. As God reveals to us, we will go forth.
